Express Mail : This service is offered for envelope/ mails & small parcels, which are required to be delivered on the very next business day. Such packets are booked under this category, any point of time during the day & they are delivered on the next working day. In case the house is found locked , the field boy leaves a contact card, so that the consignee is informed about the visit of the field boy & the consignee can give us a call & ask us to deliver at his/ her convenience.

Express- Time Bound Mail : This service is provided, when there is a time sensitive envelope/ packet to be delivered, before a particular time; after a particular time; between a particular time period of the day; on the very next business day. Such packets are booked any time during the day with specific instructions regarding time of delivery. Instructions are sent to the branches & the deliveries are done accordingly.

Urgent Mail : There are situations when certain documents are required to be delivered immediately. Such packets are booked at any point of time under this category, as & when we are called & the same are delivered within 3- 4 hours within the local areas where our branches operate.

Bulk Mail : Our service has specially been designed for the customers, who are sending quite a large number of mails/ envelopes at pre-set intervals, every month & allow us certain number of days for deliveries. The courier packets are given one attempt. In case the house is found locked then second attempt for the delivery is made only after verifying the availability of the addressee through Tele Calling. In case the packet is still undelivered it is returned to the client. The TAT for the first attempt irrespective of the number of packet is two days. This is a useful service for Banks, Telecom Operators, Publishing houses, Departmental stores & other corporates to send Bills, Invitations letters/ cards, Bank account statements, Demat statements, dividend warrants, magazines, circulars, inter branch memos & tariff cards etc.

Fast Mail : This service is being specially designed for low priority mail i.e. Promotional Mailers, Circulars, Information Letters & Balance sheet’s copies etc which are sent in bulk & are not time sensitive. The packets are given one attempt and in case the house is found locked then the branches are instructed to insert the envelopes/ packets under the door of the consignee with the approval of the client. This service is quite useful for Hotels, Event Management Companies, Departmental stores, Direct Marketing companies, Exhibition Organizing companies, Non- banking finance companies & Manufacturers of office automation products & consumable durable goods etc. We are also providing the stuffing & packing services for the envelopes booked under this category.
