HI,

For Top 32:-   CSPL Chandigarh is the best performer for the Month Followed by Samrat & SM Creations

It is first time CCI, CSPL Jalandhar & Ludhiana have crossed 90% barrier hope they will give tougher fight to Chandigarh team in the coming month.

It was a close call for Amritsar both the Agencies CCI & CSPL  have shown great amount of improvement but still lack in terms of Numbers & zeal most of all.

Over all we have missed the Target by 0.6%. But I am sure my team will support & will help me cross 92% over all in the month of September itself.

Good work done on resolution part. Need more focus on B3 along with roll back which is nil except B6. Focus areas should be best resolution in all buckets with maximum roll back in earlier buckets with maximum settlements in B5 & B6.

Against a POS of 76 lakhs agency achieved 1.70 lakhs cash collection which is 2.25 % of total POS.

 
Which is really a good performance in terms of % achievement
But this is only 1 month performance & we need to maintain it on monthly basis.
